This is what I do since the first day of setting up my blog. beside being able to get more traffic to my site, it also gives me another avenue to find more information on the web.

I monitor every comment. And I will delete if the comment is not suitable.

it make sense but the purpose of the register just to avoid spamming.. i notice that some blogs still have the guidelines and request readers to take a look before leave a comment. they just try to get more valuable comments. =)
