Getting Nuffnang cheque on monthly basis is not a problem at all for me now. It is because of the RM50 as the cash out limit. Well, here you are… My 6th Nuffnang cheque.

However, getting Advertlets cheque is another story. Some of the bloggers did not get any cheque from Advertlets (Updated: Josh Lim called. He said that the case was resolved.) even after the cash out status turned to ‘Sent’. Same applied to my friend. Hmm… She is too lazy to deal with Josh Lim. What to do? Leave it then…

No worry about Nuffnang payment as I already received 6 of them. However, do be careful when dealing with Advertlets. You might get hurt then…

Third Google AdSense payment with Western Union

Did you manage to get Google AdSense payment last month? I did. And this is the largest cash out for far because it consists 2 months earning. I like Google for using Western Union. The cash out process is much simpler with it. FAST - I can say. However, too bad that the CIMB Bank’s Western Union agent system was down when I wanted to cash out. I changed to BSN Bank. And the process over there was very slow. It took them more than 20 minutes to cash out while CIMB Bank took less than 5 minutes only.

Largest Google AdSense cash out so far…

Yeah… I am getting another Google AdSense payment end of this month. Why? Because I manage to earn more than US$ 100 last month. Therefore, Google AdSense payment is still coming this month. Can’t wait for it.

Yeah… My Google AdSense broke US$ 100 per month record last month. Getting US$ 100 from Google AdSense seems like impossible when I started to blog last year. The earning is slow like turtle. However, after knowing some of the ways to make money online. Earning money through online becomes as easy as ABC.

Hmm… It is still a long way for me to be a pro blogger. Anyway, let’s learn to become pro blogger together. Remember, traffic is the key.

Do you know how Advertlets define click fraud? Honestly, I don’t know. I did ask Josh Lim last year. But he refused to give the details with reason by revealing how Advertlets system works would give click frauder more information to commit further misdoings. Are you one of the click frauders too?

Please read my previous posts about Advertlets to know the background. It is a very long story and I do not want to repeat them over here. In short, Advertlets denied 2 of my cash out on 15 July and 31 August 2007 with click fraud as reason. Below is the daily earning report sheet taken from Advertlets beta website.

I made a review of Advertlets at JayceOoi.com back in May 2007. After one year, how did Advertlets perform? Hmm… In short, Advertlets turns from bad to worst.

Advertlets was good before September 2007. It turned bad since September 2007 because the earning dropped sharply. And Advertlets started accuse bloggers for click fraud. I was one of the victims back then. I stopped showing Advertlets Ads back in December 2007.

Josh Lim promised that all the delayed cash out would be sent out according to the schedule Advertlets set. However, I still see bloggers do not receive payment after cash out. More and more bloggers do not get what they deserve.

You can continue serve Advertlets Ads. However, just make sure that you have the time to send a lot of emails, issue support tickets and even call Josh Lim himself to get your payment. I did all these painful steps in order to get my payment.

Finally, plan well to get more traffic with less Entrecard credit.

5th Nuffnang cheque received

Yeah… My 5th Nuffnang cheque arrived. This is the largest Nuffnang cheque that I received so far. After 3 months… This largest record will be broken. Why? Wait until October to find out. HeHe…

For your information, Nuffnang cheque that I received was RM0.50 less. Why? The bank that Nuffnang uses to send out the cheque, HSBC charges RM0.50 processing fee on each cheque. Therefore, every Nuffnang cheque will be RM1.50 less when cash out @ RM1.00 Nuffnang transaction fee and RM0.50 HSBC processing fee.

Anyway… It is still okay for me. Why? Compare to other local advertising company - Advertlets which delay payment or do not pay at all. Nuffnang is still better even with RM1.50 less on each cheque.

Money money comes… My Google AdSense hits historical new high. Too bad that it cannot break US$ 100 record which I set earlier. Hopefully, it can break the record in this month. On the other hand, Nuffnang Ads was less during last month. Therefore, the Nuffnang income dropped half from previous month.

Keep track of your traffic sources is another task that you must do. This will help you to get more information of your visitor. Google Analytics traffic sources overview consists of 3 major parts - Referring Sites, Direct Traffic and Search Engines. With this information, you can get the high level places of your visitors coming from.

How do I add Google Analytics tracking code?

In order to use Google Analytics, you need to register an account first. Then create a website profile for it. Finally, you need to insert the tracking code into your website. There are 2 tracking codes currently - Legacy Tracking Code (urchin.js) and New Tracking Code (ga.js). Be sure to use the New Tracking Code (ga.js) because it can gain access to a wide range of exciting new features as they become available.

So where should I put it? You should put it into every webpage you want to track immediately before the body> tag. Most of the websites use a footer template to display the bottom website layout. Just copy and paste the tracking code there.

Google Analytics provides a lot of traffic details of your website. It has site usage which content of visits, pageviews, pages/visit, bounce rate, avg. time on site and new visit as default main page. It also consists of visitor overview, map overlay, traffic sources overview and content overview too. You can get almost all the data you need on the main page. You can also get more information by clicking on each of the module.

Increase blog traffic by leave comment at other blogs

Blog is not new to everyone anymore. The best part of blog compare to normal website is that you can leave comment at blog while normal website seldom has that function. Social networking is important nowadays. And blog is a great social networking tool.

What I will do whenever I visit other’s blog is to leave a comment. By doing so, the author of the blog will know that you came and visited his blog. In return, he might visit your blog. And some of his blog readers might do the same too. Isn’t it great? This is called blog hopping too. I usually do that during weekend when I have pretty of free time. Reading other’s blog for new information, latest story or anything that catch my eyes.

On the other hand, your blog must have the function to leave comment too. Better if no registration is required. I don’t like to register at blog in order to leave comment. I will pass that blog. Some of the readers like me will also do the same. Therefore, make sure that no registration is required when leave comment at your blog. This will surely improve your blog comment count.
